My stay at the Holiday Inn Express at JFK was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, though there was a slight damp smell. The staff were accommodating when our flight plans changed unexpectedly. However, the room decor felt a bit dingy to me, possibly due to the color scheme and wear and tear on furniture.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient with shuttle service available, but the absence of a fridge and microwave was a downside. The dining options were limited, but the breakfast could be taken on the go, which was convenient.
